Week 1 - Meal Plan!

My husband and I will be starting 21 Day Fix this week. I had already made a list of our meals so I could buy the groceries, but today I created a spreadsheet to make life a little simpler this week, since it's going to be a very busy week for us!  We will be eating the same things, but he gets to eat more than I do.  I am on the 1,200-1,499 calorie level so I will be following the plan as it is (I should say TRYING to follow it) and Mr. V will just add an extra green, purple and yellow container of his choice each day.

I'd love to hear what you're eating and your tips for keeping track of it all!
