Today Mr. V. and I started 21 Day Fix. I'm Surprised at how much you're able to eat, and I love the simplicity of it, it makes meal planning/prepping so easy! I found the workout to be challenging, but by the end of the day I wanted to do it again! (I didn't) but I'm looking forward to tomorrow!
